Recycled Plastic Sheets. One of a Kind, Every Time.

Smile Plastics panels are 100% recycled and 100% recyclable. They are made from would-be waste, from a range of pre- and post-consumer material, transformed through a unique manufacturing process.

Panel Sizes
Smile Plastics panels are designed for use in a wide range of commercial applications and are available in the following size:

SUPERSIZE PANELS
3000 × 1200mm

NOTE
Often the Supersize recycled plastic panels will arrive slightly larger – in the range of 1-5cm.

THICKNESSES
5mm*, 12mm, 20mm

NOTE
*The Earth Collection, Orca and Black Dapple are not available in 5mm. The listed board thicknesses are nominal. Thermal expansion of some recycled plastic sheets can be 2mm per metre over a 10 degree Celsius range.
